Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective: 17 October 2026 · Operated by Industrodrome India Research Private Limited

This policy explains how you can cancel Dypzo services and when money is refunded. It applies to businesses that use Dypzo, and forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Terms defined there have the same meaning here.

1.What this policy covers

1.1

This policy covers amounts you pay Industrodrome India Research Private Limited (we, us) for the Dypzo platform: subscription and service Fees, and the prepaid balance in your Wallet.

1.2

It also explains how COD remittances, and returns of goods, are different from refunds (sections 6 and 7).

1.3

Dypzo does not sell goods to a Merchant's End Customers, so this policy does not cover refunds to those customers. A Merchant handles refunds to its own customers.

2.Subscription and service fees

2.1

You can cancel a subscription or a paid service at any time from your account in the Platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You can keep using the service until then.

2.2

We do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period. The exceptions are:

  1. a duplicate charge, where you were charged more than once for the same service;
  2. a failed service, where we did not provide a service you paid for, for a reason within our control; and
  3. where the law requires a refund.
2.3

Fees for services already provided are not refundable.

3.Wallet and prepaid balance

3.1

Money in your Wallet is for paying charges on the Platform, such as product cost and shipping. It is not a bank account and does not earn interest.

3.2

When you close your account, the balance remaining in your Wallet is refundable. Before we refund it, we first set off any amounts you owe us, a Supplier or a Courier Partner, as described in the Terms. We also keep back amounts tied to orders still in progress, or in dispute, until they are settled.

3.3

We refund the balance to the original payment source where we can, or otherwise to a verified bank account in your business's name. We may ask you to verify the account first.

3.4

A Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another person while your account is open, except as the Platform's wallet terms allow.

4.Duplicate and failed payments

4.1

If a payment was taken from you but your Wallet was not credited, or you paid twice, write to us at support@dypzo.com with the payment reference. We will check it with the payment provider and then credit your Wallet or refund the payment.

5.Refund timelines

5.1

Once we approve a refund, we start it within 7 working days.

5.2

After we start a refund, your bank or payment provider may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show it in your account. This depends on them, not on us.

5.3

Refunds go back to the original payment method unless that is not possible, in which case we use a verified bank account in your business's name.

6.COD remittances are not refunds

6.1

Cash-on-delivery amounts that a Courier Partner collects from End Customers are paid out to you after we receive the courier's remittance. They are payouts, not refunds, and they follow the remittance schedule shown in the Platform. They are not credited to your Wallet. See section 7 of the Terms.

7.Returns and return to origin of goods

7.1

When goods are returned or a delivery fails and the parcel comes back (return to origin, or RTO), the return follows the order and returns flow in the Platform between the Merchant and the Supplier, under the supplier agreement that applies to them.

7.2

Charges linked to a failed delivery or a return, such as forward and reverse shipping, are shown in the Platform and charged as described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

8.Taxes on refunds

8.1

A refund of a Fee includes the tax charged on it, and we will issue a credit note where the law requires one. Tax that has been deducted at source under the law is dealt with under the law's own rules.

9.How to ask for a refund

9.1

Write to support@dypzo.com from the email address on your account. Please include:

  • your business name and account email;
  • the order number or invoice number, or the payment reference;
  • the amount and date of the payment; and
  • what happened and what you are asking for.
9.2

We will confirm that we have your request and tell you whether it is approved. If you are not happy with the outcome, you can complain under Grievance Redressal.

10.Changes to this policy

10.1

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. A change applies to payments made after it takes effect.
