Shipping and Delivery Policy
Effective: 17 October 2026 · Operated by Industrodrome India Research Private Limited
This policy explains how orders placed through Dypzo are shipped and delivered. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Terms defined there have the same meaning here.
1.How shipping works
Industrodrome India Research Private Limited (we, us) runs Dypzo. Dypzo ships Merchants' orders through Courier Partners, from Supplier or partner warehouses to the Merchant's End Customers.
When an order comes in, it is sent to an onboarded Supplier with available stock. We then book a Courier Partner to collect the parcel from the Supplier's warehouse and deliver it. The Supplier packs and hands over the parcel.
Dypzo coordinates shipping. The delivery itself is done by the Courier Partner, an independent business.
2.Where we deliver
We deliver within India, to the PIN codes that the Courier Partner serves. Whether a PIN code is serviceable depends on the Courier Partner and on the Supplier's dispatch location, and can change.
If a PIN code is not serviceable, the order cannot be shipped to it. We will show that in the Platform where we can.
Some remote or restricted locations may take longer or may need a different Courier Partner.
3.Dispatch and delivery times
These are typical times, not promises:
| Stage | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Dispatch | 1 to 2 working days after the order is confirmed |
| Delivery | 2 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination |
Delivery times are not guaranteed. They depend on the Supplier, the Courier Partner, the distance, and events such as weather, strikes, festivals, local restrictions and address problems.
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
4.Shipping charges
Shipping charges depend on factors such as the weight and size of the parcel, the destination and the payment mode. They are shown before you confirm an order, and are charged to your Wallet against that order.
Shipping charges are paid to the Courier Partner. They are not Dypzo fees.
If a Courier Partner revises the weight or size of a parcel after pickup, the charge may be adjusted and shown against the order.
5.Tracking
Each shipment has a tracking (AWB) number. Courier updates are shown against the order in the Platform. We show the Courier Partner's updates as reported by it. A tracking status can lag the parcel's actual position.
6.Failed deliveries and return to origin
If a delivery cannot be completed, for example because the address is wrong, the End Customer is unavailable or refuses the parcel, the Courier Partner may try again and then return the parcel to the Supplier's warehouse. This is a return to origin (RTO).
The forward and return shipping charges for a failed delivery are shown in the Platform and charged to the Merchant, as set out in the Terms and the supplier agreement.
Returned goods are checked at the Supplier's warehouse. What happens next follows the order and returns flow in the Platform under the supplier agreement.
7.Damaged, tampered or lost shipments
If a parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, report it within 48 hours of delivery, with photos (and, if you have it, a video of opening the parcel). Include the order or AWB number. Send the report to support@dypzo.com.
If a parcel is lost, or the courier marks it lost, tell us through the Platform or by email. We will raise a claim with the Courier Partner and tell you the outcome.
The outcome depends on the evidence, the Courier Partner's terms and the supplier agreement. A report made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
8.Cash on delivery
For COD orders, the Courier Partner collects the order amount from the End Customer on delivery and remits it to us. We pay out to the Merchant after we receive and reconcile the remittance. See section 7 of the Terms.
COD may not be available for every order or PIN code.
9.Addresses and prohibited goods
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and phone number given for each order. A wrong address is a common cause of failed delivery and of RTO charges.
Goods that are prohibited or restricted cannot be shipped through Dypzo. See Acceptable Use and Prohibited Items.
10.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
