Six modules, one order record.
Each module does a real job on its own, and every one of them works on the same order record, which is what lets you follow an order from your store to the customer's door.
Payments connector
Razorpay
Wallet top-ups and subscription payments are processed through Razorpay checkout. Dypzo then records each wallet charge, top-up and payout against the order or event it belongs to, so you can follow your money instead of rebuilding it at month end.
Storefront connector
Shopify
Dypzo connects to your existing Shopify store through Shopify's own install and consent screen. Orders and product listings stay in step with Dypzo, and nothing is listed on your store until you choose to publish it. Your Shopify plan and billing stay with Shopify.
Operations module
Order Tracker
Courier updates for each shipment appear against its order, and deliveries that need attention are flagged. You can see where a parcel is without chasing a supplier or a courier for the answer.
Risk module
RTO Risk
Return to origin costs you shipping both ways. Dypzo can hold orders that your risk policy flags, show the reasons behind each flag, and let you release the order or ask the customer to confirm. It also follows parcels that come back, with the charges linked to them.
Operations module
Fulfilment
Dypzo sends each order to an onboarded supplier with available stock, books the shipment with a courier partner and records the handover. What used to be a WhatsApp negotiation per order becomes one working queue.
Catalogue module
Product Library
Browse products from onboarded suppliers, see what each will cost you, set your own retail price and publish to your store when you choose. Nothing is listed until you decide.
Run your dropshipping operation from one workspace.
Dypzo brings your store, suppliers, couriers and payments into one console, so you can see what happens to every order and who owns the next step.
