Questions

Details worth knowing before you switch.

Why are there no prices on this page?

Dypzo pricing is agreed with each business during onboarding, so there is no public rate card. Talk to us and we will share the plan that fits your operation.

Do I need to leave my current store platform?

No. Dypzo connects to your existing Shopify store with the permissions you approve. Your Shopify plan and billing stay with Shopify.

Who pays the supplier and the courier?

The product cost and the shipping of each order are charged from your Dypzo wallet and paid to the supplier and the courier partner. They are not Dypzo's own fees.

What happens to cash-on-delivery money?

Cash-on-delivery amounts are paid out to you after Dypzo receives the courier partner's remittance. They do not top up your wallet.

How are taxes handled?

Taxes are separate from Dypzo's charges. GST applies where the law requires it, and where the law requires tax to be deducted at source, the deduction is itemised against the payout.

What does setup involve?

You create an account and add your company details, connect your Shopify store, choose products from onboarded suppliers, accept the agreements that apply to you and fund your wallet. You go live when every setup check passes.
